AllerGO is an informational tool to help communicate allergy information. It is not a medical device and does not constitute medical advice. Always carry prescribed medication such as an epinephrine auto-injector and consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your allergies.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using AllerGO ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AllerGO allows users to create and store allergy information cards translated into multiple languages. The App can generate Apple Wallet passes and display emergency allergy phrases. AllerGO is designed to assist communication — it does not guarantee accurate translation or complete coverage of all allergens.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AllerGO:

Does not provide medical advice
Is not a certified medical device
Cannot guarantee that showing a card will prevent an allergic reaction
Cannot guarantee the accuracy of all translations

You are solely responsible for your health decisions. Always carry your prescribed emergency medication.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

AllerGO offers optional in-app subscriptions ("AllerGO Premium") that unlock additional language options:

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate allergy information when creating cards
Not rely solely on the App in life-threatening situations
Keep the App updated to ensure you have the latest translations
Use the App only for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App are owned by AllerGO. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllerGO and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to allergic reactions, medical expenses, or translation errors.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
